After a little hiatus from our pre-order its tourbillon Tuesday once again . There is light on the horizon when it comes to travel restrictions being lifted and we are excited to plan our next watch events when the time comes.
This means we will finally be able to have an open house event and be able to visit many of you around the world with watches in hand. However these things take time and thankfully we can all connect with one another here.
Yesterday we were asked if we had any updates on our tourbillon case back that we could share with the community. Rather than have them appear in a comment I felt it was best to share them here for all to see.
We will have two case backs going into production. One will be for those that ordered the COSC upgrade and it will have "Chronometer Certified" appearing on the case back. For those that did not purchase the COSC upgrade the case back will read “ADJ 5 POS +6/-4 Sec". All watches are adjusted to the same specification regardless of COSC certification. COSC is a 3rd party independent organization that verifies the watch meeting their level of accuracy.
The remaining designations on the back of the watch will be consistent whether COSC certified or not.
"One Edition" signifies that this watch will only be produced once and there will be no future stock availability of the product. This means what has been produced for our 1st and 2nd pre-order are the only watches in this tourbillon run that will ever be produced.
"Tourbillon 1" is naturally the name of the watch.
“Switzerland” appears on all HORAGE case backs and the watch is indeed made in Switzerland, with Swiss Made appearing on the movement.
“10ATM" is also included to signify its 100M of water resistance.
The final marking on the case back is “HORAGE”.
It is exciting to see these come in and once we receive the first movements from production we can begin casing watches. We plan to update our sample watches with the new case backs and once I can travel back to the office I plan to photograph them again.
In other non-tourbillon related news Horage founder Andi hosted an Instagram Live yesterday. He took a deep dive on the history of Array and the attributes that make this watch so special. Nothing is left out and I have to say I thought I knew a lot about this watch, but I learned a few new facts. You can check it out here https://www.instagram.com/tv/CAV0zK9nYkb/?igshid=ig7tt99pgzne
Till next time…

I'd add "ABlogtoWatch," International Watch Magazine and Hodinkee. Frankly, you have missed positive press for a good while. Even those who focus on Kickstarter watches or value watches have ignored your brand, that, unlike most new brands, makes its own movement. You clearly have been underserved and undeserved. As the owner of two of your watches, I have always been impressed with the design and technology. I hope the watch world comes to appreciate you like I do.
I've viewed the last few issues of Watchtime and wristwatch and bemoan the absence of Horage. They have run articles on the Girard-Perregaux Neo Tourbillon with Three Bridges and Zelos new Halo, neither of which is more attractive than Horage nor performs any further function. I will admit that Zelos is trying to approach your price (unsuccessfully) but with a more unusual case they specialize in and frankly, a much more attractive packaging (which of course the additional $2,500 price demands). So, get some better press as you deserve!
