We are lucky to have such a supportive watch community, and one where we have personal connections with so many of you. As much as we would love to host an event and share with you in person our new projects and watchmaking facility we simply cannot do so at this time.
Its time to play it safe - HORAGE co-founder Andi awaiting the high speed train in Taiwan
As of yesterday evening the Swiss government stepped up measures to limit personal contact by reducing gatherings from 100 persons to an outright ban. Prior to their announcement of banning public and private gatherings we had sent out an invite to visit us at our facility in Biel. We communicated that we required RSVP due to limited space for the event as our office can only accommodate 50 individuals. We had been planning careful screening and sanitization measures for our Biel event to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for all having seen how things are so well managed in Taiwan. It was not our intention to side step the rules, but less than a few hours after our email when out the Swiss government imposed new measures on social contact.
Our event in Taipei last month where temperature screening at the buildings entrance, hand sanitizer and face masks were provided. The Taiwanese have a good understanding of the precautionary measures needed to stay safe and have fun.

Going for lunch with our Taichung based IT team - Something as simply as going for lunch involves temperature checks, face masks and hand sanitization before going in restaurants.
Now that our many friends and supporters around the world have a lot of time at home the next few weeks, we figured we would make the most of the situation by going live on Instagram more often.
Our watchmakers, engineers and friends of the watch world will be joining us remotely to share with you their stories and we invite you to join in and ask any questions you might have.
