Of all the watches that Horage have designed and produced, one could argue that the Omnium has the greatest depth of history. Not only was it the brands debut model, released at Basel World in 2009, it even pre-dates our journey into in-house movement development, something we are now well known for.

2015 saw the Omnium re-launched, an updated design and powered by then then all new K1 calibre.

Since those early days we’ve never stayed still, always moving forward, from our Tourbillon 1 featuring the in-house hand winding K-TOU Flying Tourbillon, to our current mainstay calibre, the state-of-the-art K2 micro-rotor calibre.
To us it only made sense that we should continue the legacy of the Omnium featuring the K2 calibre.

Precious in Detail and Design
As a brand, we've always wanted to offer the best premium materials for our watches. Whilst the very first Omnium featured a 18 karat Gold case, later versions were our first models to utilise 904L Stainless Steel.
With the all-new Omnium K2, featuring carefully sculpted lines and deeply considered profile, we wanted to continue the tradition of firsts, therefore for the first time we are offering a PT950 Platinum case. This is being offered alongside an 18 karat 3N Yellow Gold case and of course a 904L Stainless Steel option.
At Horage we are well known for telling it like it is, plain talking. A regularly discussed topic is the true value of gold and precious metals. Our Golden Ticket campaign from earlier in 2024 opened this topic to scrutiny and discussed the true value of these beautiful materials. We continue today with our use of these materials in an open and honest way, whist offering exceptional value for money.

Whist the Omnium K2 37mm will be the first Horage to feature a PT950 Platinum case, it will again break the price barrier typically charged for this material. The PT950 Platinum case version will be offered at a retail price of 14,990 CHF, an outstanding value proposition for a platinum watch, but that is not all... for a period of 5 days from launch it will be available for 13,490 CHF. I think many will agree, this is Horage again pushing the boundaries of value and precision in the Swiss watch industry.
Eric will be publishing a forum article in the coming weeks on this very subject, where he'll deep dive into the difficulties of working in Platinum and why, aside from cost, it is a seldom used material in the world of watches. Make sure you're signed up to the forum to get notifications on future articles.
Previous releases of Omnium models were typically 40mm in diameter, and whilst it had the 'perfect proportions', we felt there was the ability for us to refine this further. With Tzuyu watching over and the dedication of the engineers, designers and watchmakers we are today introducing the all-new Omnium K2 in 37mm. We believe this model features our most refined and elegant case to date. Combined with a case thinness of only 7.95mm, it maintains the perfect proportions and is now in a case size that many people feel is the perfect balance for an all-occasion piece.
Worn with a suit in business setting, with relaxed attire on a night out or on vacation, this is a watch for all occasions. We mean all occasions, as we've ensured it it designed to survive the day to day, with 100 meters of water resistance, even the strap is water resistant. Yes, it's rubber, but most people believe it is leather!
An exhibition sapphire case back displays the K2 micro-rotor calibre in all its glory. The engineering team worked hard to develop a new variant of the K2 calibre for the project, this being the first watch in our range fitted with the new, and thinnest variant of the K2, measuring only 2.9mm in height.
Naturally, as with all K2 calibres, every movement is individually Chronometer Certified and supplied with the COSC certificate.
This new 2.9mm K2 calibre retains all the key technical features that the K2 is praised for including 72 hours of power, silicon hairspring, escape wheel and anchor, a combination that increases overall movement efficiency, isochronism and offers non-magnetic properties.

We wanted to ensure there is something for everyone and, with three dial colours to choose from, you are sure to find one to suit your style. Choose from Midnight Bleu, Frost Fire and Pink Perfection to cater for all styles and occasions, whether formal events, out for drinks with friends or on vacation.
All the dials features appliqué Arabic numerals which are formed from mono-block Swiss SuperLuminova®. The Pink Perfection dial features colour matched numerals, the Midnight Bleu has crisp white numerals whilst the Frost Fire features a sporty red colour. Diamond-cut and Polished hour and minute hands with Swiss SuperLuminova® inserts. Finishing the dial is a perfectly proportioned Small Seconds indicator at 6 o’clock.
Another of the showstopper features is the facet cut sapphire crystal. It instantly catches the eye, encouraging you to look deeply into the meticulous finish of the dial and the polished case details. This feature of the crystal also creates a visual step that waterfalls into the lug design.

All models are fitted with the waterproof rubber strap embossed with an alligator style finish in a Deep Dark Blue colour, fitted to a refined pin buckle featuring polished and brushed finishes. The pin buckle is an example of the level of detail and refinement in the design of the Omnium K2. It has defined edges, but with delicate rounding for comfort without detracting from the angular design, an extension of the carefully considered lugs on this watch.
The pin buckle is offered in 3N Yellow Gold-plated stainless steel on the solid 18kt Gold watch, Stainless Steel on the solid Platinum watch and Stainless Steel on the 904L Stainless Steel case. We offer a Golden Ticket upgrade to a solid 18 karat 3N Yellow Gold or 18 karat White Gold pin buckle at an additional cost of 1,800 CHF.
The Pin Buckle is another example of the attention to detail and refinement of the overall design. The H logo on the buckle is an appliqué, not merely a engraving or stamping, a technically complicated solution, for elegance and refinement.

In the future, if you release a version with a date display at the 9 o'clock position on the dial, I would like to purchase it.
