Horage has offered historically “unobtainable” Swiss timepieces for attainable prices, including tourbillons and micro-rotors. Our Autark Hv has been among our most popular models with the K1 automatic, while the K-TOU tourbillon and K2 micro-rotor have elevated our game. So, the next step was to blend our most popular elements into one epic timepiece.
Meet the new Autark Tourbillon that combines Autark Hv styling with an in-house micro-rotor/tourbillon movement. A timepiece like this is exceptionally rare with only a small handful of examples in the wild and with a price under CHF 10,000 during initial preorders, we’re in truly unprecedented waters.
Horage DNA
We’ve embraced the design DNA of the Autark collection, and the Autark Tourbillon continues this successful legacy. Our original Autarks (German for “independent” or “self-sufficient”) were known for both the integrated aesthetic and lightweight Grade 5 titanium, both of which continue with the Autark Tourbillon.
The case is very wearable at 39.5mm in diameter and a target thickness under 9mm, and has a mostly brushed finish with a polished bezel and accents. The titanium crown has our classic knurled pattern and is fully guarded, while water resistance is rated at 100 meters. The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with multiple anti-reflective coatings and the sapphire exhibition case back displays our latest masterpiece, the K-TMR calibre. Finishing includes Côtes de Genève, brushing, our signature grid pattern and a PT-950 platinum micro-rotor.
The Grade 5 titanium bracelet tapers from 22mm to 16mm and has our proprietary, ultra-thin micro-adjusting clasp from Supersede with 10mm of adjustments in 1mm increments. Dialling in the size has never been easier as it can be done with the push of an internal button.

Dial Customization
Customization has always been a core design attribute of our projects and enthusiasts will be able to select from three dial options followed by three movement colour options to get the look they desire.

Sunray Black

Sunray Blue

Gradient Grey with power reserve indicator
First, there are Sunray Black or Sunray Blue dials that complement the piece well, while also slipping into the background a bit. The Sunray Blue applied rhodium indices and partially open-worked hands have white Super-LumiNova for maximum legibility, while the black dial has dark orange hour markers at the outermost perimeter for just a bit of flair. A third grey dial option includes gold indices and a power reserve indicator for those wanting just a bit more.
The relative simplicity brings the focus to the large tourbillon aperture at 6 o’clock. This “whirlwind” is as fascinating today as when Mr. Abraham-Louis Breguet first invented it in the late 1700s. Our titanium 60-second flying tourbillon has a visible blue silicon escapement and blued screw on one of its three arms to act as a seconds hand. Everything comes together to exude sophistication with a coveted complication on the front and micro-rotor on the back. No gimmicks, just a focus on one of the rarest and most difficult designs in watchmaking, flawlessly executed as an integrated sports watch. Our goal is to have a 72-hour power reserve and 5,000G shock resistance, so “sports watch” is more than skin deep.

Movement Customization
To get just the right look we are offering three movement colours. Enthusiasts have the choice of Sporty Red, Deep Blue or Classic Anthracite. The movement colours were inspired by the dials on hand. The Sporty Red matches with well the dark orange indices of the Sunray Black dial. The Deep Blue movement colour pairs well with the Sunray Blue dial and the Classic Anthracite pairs well with Gradient Grey or the black or blue dial options as it was a colour carried over from the K2 calibre Supersede and Lensman 2 timepieces. Mix and match as you please and create a look of your own.

Mission Independence
Horage isn’t a watchmaking juggernaut within a massive conglomerate. We’re a growing independent Swiss brand with four in-house movements under our belt, including the K1 automatic, K2 micro-rotor, K-TOU tourbillon and now the K-TMR micro-rotor tourbillon. We’ve built an incredible portfolio with these movements since our founding in 2007. It’s a very rare feat to create several sophisticated movements in less than 20 years, particularly for an independent brand. Mission Independence says it all and every one of our community members who support our projects helps us to remain an independent watchmaker.
Our prices have allowed the watch community to obtain the traditionally unobtainable and this continues with the Autark Tourbillon. The first preorders will start at just CHF 9,990 with a final retail price of CHF 14,990. To put this in perspective, the least expensive comparable piece we could find is US $45,000. The next piece is US $64,900 and pricing goes up from there.
As with previous pre-orders, we will reward those with the best price the early they take part. What's interesting about this pre-order is that rather than closing the pre-order within a week we will keep it open until we reach the final price point of 14,990 CHF. Simply put the base price increases 100 CHF every week. For example, after week 1 the price will increase to 10,090 and so on.

Full Payment Option Benefits
Ship before Tri-Payment orders
Free service valued at 590 CHF
2 years warranty extension after service
An additional free strap that we plan to announce in 2024
For those that opt for the full payment option, you will be rewarded with your order prioritized for delivery. This means your watch will ship before any of the no tri-payment plan orders. Another benefit to the full payment option is that you will receive a free watch service with a value of 590 CHF. After your free service your warranty will be extended by another two years. As this is a living project we are planning on developing a strap to accommodate the Autark Tourbillon and full payment purchasers will have this strap ship with their order.
Tri-Payment Plan
We’re also offering a no-interest tri-payment plan for early pre-orders. The base price starts at 2,990 CHF to start and then two additional payments of 3,500 CHF one due 60 days after the initial payment and the final due 30 days before shipping. The base price will increase by 100 CHF every week up to a maximum of 7,990 CHF initial payment with the remaining payments staying consistent at 3,500 CHF each.
As performance watchmakers, we want as many watch enthusiasts as possible to enjoy complex and luxury pieces that are otherwise out of reach. We understand that people will discover Autark Tourbillon throughout the next year and we feel the pricing model rewards those that take part early and reduces the financial burden if you join later on. We’ve achieved this with the K-TMR micro-rotor tourbillon and it’s an unprecedented opportunity.

The pre-order will start this week on November 21st at 14:00 CET. Pricing will increase by 100 CHF every week until we reach the final price of 14,990 CHF. Orders ship starting in Q1 & Q2 of 2025.
A Living Project
Keep in mind that Autark Tourbillon is a living project and there will be continual updates on the design and progress of production. There will be tweaks made to the design and possibly function as the project continues. Currently, the project is based on animated renders. As prototype parts come in we will share some of those with you as well as any changes that might be required to those parts to ensure an optimal final product.
Sharing the ups, downs and project modifications is part of the product development journey. It's going to be a lot of fun communicating this all to you and we look forward to your involvement.
Let us know in the comments which dial option or movement colour you are gravitating towards.
Until next time...

Just wondering what the community thinks about the shape of black power reserve indicator?
It's hard to know how it will look until the watch actually exists, but perhaps a blood-red sunray dial with the same black rehaut and red squares as on the black dial version would be a very attractive option. In any case, this version would go very well with the red caliber. This is just my two cents;
I don't understand why the bezel is smooth, especially with Titanium.
Polished titanium bezel is going to be a hell. Any small touch could make a scratch and it will be visible. For the love of god, since it's in project phase please add at least an optional bezel options. Something like fluted or notched bezel would be highly appreciated.
I hope more people will realize this and ask for this.
This could add more of sporty / dress option for people, let people decide.
Thanks!
As titanium scratches quite easily does the service include polishing and removing surface marks. Also if a deep scratch is made on the bezel can this be corrected or would it just be the cost of replacing the part?
Is there any chance that you could post a rendering of each dial face with each of the three movement colors? I guess the red or blue will be visible behind the tourbillon when looking at the opening in the dial. It would help us with color selection.
Many thanks
Just read an online article on Breguet Sporty Marine Tourbillon 5577...42.5mm (diameter) × 9.35mm (thickness) and 80 hours power reserve. Now then I make up my mind to get an Autark Tourbillon! ;-)
It was a good presentation yesterday. I must admit I did not know the blue dial would be shiny in direct light. This is a bit of a deal breaker as I feel it detracts from the tourbillon movement. The blue watch dave showed I understand is a brighter blue but I don't really like the effect. Think I may go for the gradient grey but the only worry is that the hands will not have a good contrast against the watch face. Any thoughts?
Hi guys, big compliment for your work and thanks for the livestream yesterday. It was very informative and fun too. It's great how you involve your customers into the whole process and how much time you spend in taking care of everybodies questions. I had the honour to visit your factory in July 2021, things must have changed quite a bit since then including new tools and people. Unfortunately I was not able to buy the Tourbillon 1 back then, but I couldn't let my eyes off your story and timepieces since then...
Regarding dial and movement colors: will the orange/red squares on the black dial match the color of the red movement?
I missed the answer how the color on the movement is applied, just understood that Andy does not like coatings too much ;-), can you let me know again about the method of colorisation?
Thanks
Be sure to join us today for the livestream
With a price structure that goes up and up every week - I think it would be wise to have a ticking counter on the order page to warn people each time the price will change.
I'm sure a few will see a day or night before and decide "great" then see price jumped in the morning and be confused. Will prevent or reduce a bunch of angry e-mails when people say they weren't warned. I'm myself a bit unclear - I'm guessing it's midnight on Tuesday the 28th for the first increase? Hmmm, EU midnight or midnight of computer that person is working on? 🤔
Anyway - a time ticker or date on the page would fix any confusion. It's a big purchase for many people, so they may think about for a few days! I love that blue sunray dial....
It's pretty cool to see all the comments in here. Thanks everyone for joining in the conversation and voicing your thoughts on the Autark Tourbillon!!
Thank you for the replies so far, really!
How often will the service interval be? How much will it cost? Thank you
Another question: the micro-rotor on my K2-GMT creates a bit of a "noise" in the non-winding direction. Can this be addressed or will the winding efficiency suffer?
when the new Autark mico rotor tourbillion comes it would be very nice that it is possible
to use the bracelet in Lensman 1 and Lensman 2 models . Please notice ! Then you would take care of older customers also 😀
on main plate colors, will it be visible in front through the tourbillon module? if so one has to consider color matching. if not, it's a freer combination.
What will be the coating material of the yellow hands? For the silver we have rhodium, and for the yellow?
I know that squeletonized hands are part of the design of the original Autark but the hands are almost impossible to see in the dark due to the small section being lumed. Specially the minute hand lume is often lost among the indices/numeral lume and impossible to distinguish. Therefore could you consider having non squeletonized and fully lumed hands on the Autark Tourbillon?
So great to see the New Micro-Rotor Tourbillon Watch. Gradient Grey is very nice.
When I buy lensman 1.1, I start to think when Horage have the automatic tourbillon with metal bracelet. Unfortunately, 39.5mm not fit with my 180mm wrist, really too small for me.
Hope to see new diameter in future.
(Off Topic:Please design a metal bracelet for lenman 1.1)
@Tzuyu Huang @landon.stirling Dears, will there be additionial dials besides these? For me it looks like more of a dress watch and I have T1 for that. Would love some sunburst RED for that sporty red back and red rubber strap :)
