It's almost time to pre-order once again!

Next week on June 6th @14:00 CET the second pre-order round will open for Lensman 2 with it closing again on June 9th @14:00 CET. The watches will go live in our shop at that time. www.shop.horage.com

A Brief Recap

It was great to see so many take part in the first pre-order round. We are back after our travels through Asia where we were able to get both Lensman 2 and Lensman 1.1 on watch enthusiasts and media's wrists. The response was overwhelmingly positive and we had such a great time meeting with everyone who came out to see the watches in the metal. More on this tour in the next post, today is a little update on the Lensman 2 pre-order.

There are stand-out categories that have stood the test of time such as pilot, dive, race or sport watches in general. The functions are well defined in these categories and are safe areas for brands to develop new watches around. Lensman 2 is a watch that has set the groundwork for an entirely new category of photography-inspired watches. It's a watch that core enthusiasts have immediately gravitated towards for its combination of unique exposure calculator function, complex case construction, micro-rotor movement and an aesthetic that pulls at the heartstrings of enthusiasts with interest in both vintage and modern horology. For those new to Horage or watch collecting in general it's a category and series of watches that requires time in the market for the more conservative to warm up to. Lensman 2 is a watch specifically developed for those with a deep appreciation for what can be achieved in horology and it will be a watch that will undoubtedly become a future classic.

Update to Pre-Order Structure

The feedback garnered from the first pre-order as well as when speaking with many enthusiasts had us change things up a little. Initially, we had planned for two main pre-order rounds however many expressed having some additional time for consideration. Lensman 2 is such a unique timepiece that many asked that we consider an additional order window. To help out we will split the price increase of the second pre-order round over a third pre-order.

How does this look?

The first pre-order was called the VIP Bird, the second is Early Bird and now we will have a third called Sleepy Bird. Dates and pricing are below.

Please take note that we offer both full and interest-free split payments for watches during pre-order. After the last pre-order round we plan to have the watches in store for order at their full retail price of 5900 CHF for the Lensman 2 Standard and if any are still available the Brian Griffin Limited Edition will be priced at retail for 6900 CHF.
